  1. Introduction
    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of all products and services provided by Newlines Pte Ltd  (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our products and services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order. 
  1. Orders and Payments
    2.1 Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been processed.  
    2.2 Payment Terms: Payment is required in full at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods listed on our website.  
    2.3 Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of placing your order will be honored. Any taxes or duties applicable are the responsibility of the customer. 
  1. Custom Orders
    3.1 Measurements: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements for custom orders. Alternatively, you may schedule a consultation for our team to take measurements. We will not be held liable for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.  
    3.2 Changes to Orders: Once a custom order is placed, changes to the size, design, or material may incur additional charges and may delay the delivery schedule. Please review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase. 
  1. Delivery and Installation
    4.1 Delivery: We offer delivery services within our service areas. Delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation, and we will make every effort to meet those timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs issues, or other factors beyond our control.  
    4.2 Installation Services: If you opt for installation services, we will coordinate with you to schedule the installation. The area where the installation will take place must be clear and accessible. Additional fees may apply if extra work is required to complete the installation due to obstructions or unsafe conditions.  
    4.3 Acceptance of Delivery: Upon receipt of your order, you are responsible for inspecting the product for any defects or damage. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for returns or repairs. 
  1. Product Warranty
    5.1 Warranty Coverage: We provide a limited warranty on our products covering manufacturing defects and faulty mechanisms. The length of the warranty varies by product and will be specified at the time of purchase.  
    5.2 Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation (if not installed by us), wear and tear, or alterations made after the product is delivered.  
    5.3 Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. 
  1. Cancellations and Returns
    6.1 Cancellation of Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of custom-made blinds, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. In the event that cancellation is requested prior to production, a restocking or administration fee may apply.  
    6.2 Returns and Exchanges: Custom blinds are non-refundable unless defective. 
    6.3 **Refunds**: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 
  1. Liability
    7.1 Product Use: We are not liable for any damages or injuries caused by improper use, installation, or handling of our products.  
    7.2 Third-Party Installations: If installation is performed by a third party not affiliated with our company, we are not responsible for any defects or damages resulting from improper installation.  
    7.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation delays. 
  1. Intellectual Property
    All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Newlines Pte Ltd and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of this content without prior written consent from us. 
  1. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic Of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of SIngapore. 
  1. Amendments to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our products or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
